Open Social media
Use the Social media sidebar item (/social). Like Blog, this requires the Blogs & Social add-on.
Workflow statuses
Posts move through statuses such as Draft, Pending approval, Scheduled, Published, and Archived.
Important: Published in YourCRM means you marked the caption ready in the CRM. It does not automatically post to Facebook, Instagram, or other networks unless a separate integration is configured for your account. In the common setup, you copy the caption and post it yourself (or hand it to whoever runs your socials).
AI drafts
Generate captions from your brand context — services, tone, and keywords. Edit hashtags and wording before you use them publicly.
Good practice
Keep claims consistent with your website and reviews. Avoid promising response times or guarantees you cannot meet.
