Who we are
YourCRM (“we”, “us”) provides website and CRM services for local businesses, and operates the marketing site at yourcrm.org. Contact: hello@yourcrm.org.
What we collect on this site
- Website checks: the domain/URL you submit, technical scan outputs (scores, findings), and basic request metadata (e.g. hashed IP for abuse prevention).
- Contact details: email address (and phone when you start without a website) when you ask us to send results or a demo, plus your consent / privacy acknowledgement record.
- No-website demo brief: business name, trade, service area, optional domain and brand/social notes you submit on the get-started form, used to build and email your demo.
- Cookies: essential cookies to run the site; optional analytics only after consent. See the cookie policy.
Why we process it (lawful bases)
- Legitimate interests / contract steps: to run the performance check you requested and show results.
- Consent / request: when you ask us to email your results (one-off report delivery), and separately when you opt in to demo follow-ups (we email a link to your demo site) or related YourCRM product communications. You can withdraw marketing consent anytime via yourcrm.org/unsubscribe, by using the unsubscribe link in tip emails, by replying “stop”, or by emailing us.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud/abuse prevention, and improving the marketing site.
How long we keep it
Audit and demo request records are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where needed for legal claims or dispute resolution. Email logs follow our normal mail retention.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and email providers (hosting, SMTP/Resend or similar) as processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data. If you become a customer, separate product terms and privacy notices for the CRM apply.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise rights, email hello@yourcrm.org.
International transfers
Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards (such as UK IDTA / SCCs) as required.
