Marketing site
These terms cover yourcrm.org and the free website performance check. Paid YourCRM subscriptions are governed by a separate customer agreement provided at signup.
Website checks
Performance scores are automated heuristics based on publicly reachable page content. They are informational, not a guarantee of search rankings, conversion rates, or compliance. Do not submit domains you are not authorised to assess.
Demo requests
If you request a performance demo, we may email you a link to a hands-off demo site — no phone call required. Demo materials remain YourCRM property and may be withdrawn. Providing an email for a demo (with marketing consent) allows us to contact you about the demo and related platform information. Asking us to email your audit results alone does not opt you in to marketing.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the checker (excessive automated requests, scanning non-public systems, or attempting to disrupt the service). We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Liability
The marketing site and free checks are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tools. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under UK law.
